The Pat Cash Tennis Academy will provide unique training and coaching programmes including video analysis developed from Pat’s many years of learning during his playing career, his analytical approach and most recently the application of his knowledge in coaching on the professional tour. Pat will hold coaching clinics at each of the resorts and play in exhibition matches throughout the year.

Featuring a restaurant offering health & wellbeing menus, a juice bar and a fitness centre, each hotel will also include a boutique stocked with the latest tennis clothing and equipment. The Pat Cash Tennis Hotels & Villas will offer extended stays for guests who wish to take longer courses of tuition to improve their tennis game and cater for youngsters who are showing particular talent in this sport as well as for teams who wish to be coached prior to

The Investment

1. PRE-RELEASE PRICES - Although we don't know what the actual launch prices will be, only a small percentage of these properties are being sold on a pre-release basis and prices normally increase substantially on official launch and throughout the build cycle.  Getting in early ensures that you buy at the cheapest possible price.

2. 100% FINANCE - subject to status, investors need only to pay a £1,000 reservation fee and nothing else until completion.  Monthly repayments on your loan for the 30% deposit are paid for by the developer, and if you wish to pay the deposit cash, then the developer will pay you 6% interest per annum in monthly installments until completion, when your 30% will be refunded.  70% mortgages to pay for the balance are also guaranteed by the developer on completion.

3. 10% RENTAL GUARANTEE - Payable for the first two years following completion, followed by a 50% net room rate share ongoing.  This scheme is optional as yields are currently in excess of this.

4. TAX BREAKS - These properties are suitable for SIPP pension investment in the UK, with up to 66% income tax rebate available from the government.

5. PERSONAL USE - Owners will be able to enjoy 30 days per year free of charge use of their property (except for SIPP investors).  Holidaying while you are making money is an extremely enjoyable experience!

6. RETURN ON INVESTMENT - Investors in these freehold properties are expected to receive an excellent return from high capital appreciation and high annual rental income.
