The Buying Process
Once you have chosen your apartment you will go through a quick
and easy process.
1. Select your unit from our inventory team
2. Fill out reservation form and secure unit with £2,000 holding fee
3. Receive confirmation of reservation
4. Pay 30% deposit into lawyer's escrow account for the development
5. Receive full purchase contract for signature and return to developer
6. Enter into legal 14 day cooling-off period
7. Pay balance of 70%
(*All closing costs are paid on your behalf)
After Sale – Once the transaction is complete we will:
1. Introduce you to the rental management company for re-issue of renting agreements
2. Facilitate your rental income through our payment service direct
to your bank account
