Preferred Hotels & Resorts will manage the resort and rental program. Resorts and hotels managed by Preferred Hotels & Resorts include: The Lanesborough (London); The K Club (Dublin/Kildare), Sandy Lane (Barbados) and Beau Rivage (Geneva), Atlantis Resort (Bahamas). The Rental Agreement has a term of twenty years and is subject to automatic renewal for a further successive two terms of ten years. Owners participating in the rental program may trade rental revenue for free time in their villa. If owners' villas are not available, the management company will place owners or their guests in a comparable villa. All participating villa owners will receive 60% of the Net Rental Income (NRI) generated from renting their villa. Non-US villa owners will receive a guaranteed 10% return on their investment for the first two years.
